I didn't realize but it IS TRUE. I had a new BC issued early last year and name is spelt normal. I am currently trying to get passports for my daughter and her boyfriend and HIS bc (issued in 2012) is in all caps... My daughter's BC was issued years ago but her's is normal.

I have printed this, but did not read it......my wife grabbed it and read it, I hope she won't have that nasty idea of becoming a boat bunny thing !!! :-o

I will have no other choice but buying a fucking boat ?? :(
