So..
If I'm dealing with someone, and we've agreed to an exchange that includes Legal Tender notes, I am agreeing to be bound by the body of acts, codes, statutes, etc.
If accurate, then my question:
For how long am I bound to that agreement? If our trade is concluded, and I no longer have any of those legal tender notes, is that it?
