I could not see the point of being told what to do and how to do it when I was a boy. I came out of the shoot with the you aren't the boss of me gene in place. My path has involved Cognitive dissonance and not being able to figure out why I had such inner turmoil starting at around 5 -6 years old. Long story short I learned to lie and steal. Because that is all I saw around me a big system of liars and cheats. I was honest one on one and to my friends but any Authority figure or a "fucking cop" was not worth it. Long story short. I have always been on the edge but smart enough to bee able to fit in, if needed. It is a tremendous relief to have found the knowledge presented here. Once again thank you for sharing your vast expanse of Valuable knowledge, Admiral. i have attended court numerous times on my own behalf and always wondered why it was the way it was. I was able to negotiate lesser amounts and even walked a couple of times because of stupid cops. I have been jailed several times to pay off fines. The fear has left.

I was a good, obedient, people pleasing slave...for way too long. Respect authority/respect your elders was a common catch cry from my parents (and others)...my first bit of defiance began with the question: What if my 'elder' is a murderer? (I didn't know about paedophile priests at that age). I noticed the inconsistencies of 'don't talk to strangers & don't take lollies/candy from strangers'...but here, come & sit on Santa's lap. I knew enough to be suspicious but not enough to know why, not enough to play dumb, but enough to begin to observe the hypocrisy in play...but could never attain sufficient clarity on my own. Thank you for your clear, concise explanations Admiral, so much clarity for so many of the inconsistencies that never made sense growing up.

ConClusion Why do corporations incorporate in Delaware? There is not one answer but many. They include a modern and nationally recognized corporation statute and a well-developed case law that facilitates business planning; the respected Court of Chancery to deal with corporation law issues should they arise; an efficient and user-friendly Secretary of States Office; and a legislature that puts a high priority on corporation law matters and is committed to keeping Delawares business laws current. Certainly, some of the parts of the package that encourage companies to incorporate in Delaware can be imitated, even duplicated. But most of them cannot. In any case, the total package, and the synergies that its various parts lend to one another, make Delaware the premier home for corporations today. It is also likely that Delaware will continue to enjoy its enviable position. Bayless Manning, the former Dean of Stanford Law School, stated it perfectly when he described the synergies that cause him to recommend Delaware to his clients. After saying some nice things about Delaware lawyers, he went on to say, in words that describe Delawares attraction almost as a force of nature: Further, my Delaware counsel and I will have a wide ranging and sophisticated body of corporation lawa jurisprudence if you willto bring to bear on almost any problem that will arise. No other jurisdiction can provide so much. And that is why Delaware is national and why its own gravitational pull tends to attract more companies each year and thereby, further reinforces its preeminence. -Lewis S. Black Jr

So.. If I'm dealing with someone, and we've agreed to an exchange that includes Legal Tender notes, I am agreeing to be bound by the body of acts, codes, statutes, etc. If accurate, then my question: For how long am I bound to that agreement? If our trade is concluded, and I no longer have any of those legal tender notes, is that it?

Admiral Scott has taught here that "You only need money when you are going to spend it." Even been found in possession of those notes creates a few PRESUMPTIONS. Attempting to answer your question, I say once the ACCOUNTING it is settled, and no controversy arises, then that particular agreement it's over.
