Well the Highway Traffic Act claims the DRIVING is a "privilege" but then I recently found this wonderful 1950's ruling from the Alberta Queen's Bench andmonishing the Attorney General and affirming that a privilege cannot replace a right

Why would the Justice write this? Look at these phrases..."common law", "right to travel", "public highway" :/ Many of us will recognize these components as the very language used by FREEDUMBERS and yet this is coming from a JUSTICE. WTF!

People "need" to lie when we can extrapolate forward that accounting will be involved. The "we hope" quote was the interesting part for me. We can always hope, but history says the results will be otherwise.
