I'm thinking of giving MR Galati a call to ask him what he thinks of PENALTY NOTICES that remove the PRESUMPTION of innocence and the RIGHT to a fair trial. I raised the question of their CONSTITUTIONality yesterday after having two penalty notices cancelled and the response I got from the parasitic agent was agreement qualified with "York Region has been using them for 7 years" Well I guess that makes it alright then you tard :/
