Max, I don't think the Creative Commons gives permission to perform an illegal act. I think Roguesupport was entitled to hold stuff, in this case a COPYRIGHT. Roguesupport was empowered to share this and chose to do so under a blanket license called the Creative Commons. The license issued by the copy holder protects anyone who shares it. See?
