I still think it's almost incredible that after more than 3 years of Scott "spilling the beans" in a mayor disruptive way, he could only get less than 30 folks out of like 600 at one time from the Tender for Law. And from those 30, maybe 10 "get it" a bit better than the rest (excluding the Admiral, and his crew), and Captain Pete "getting it" the most.

So maybe my suggestion is a futile desperate act. Hahaha!
