Scott Duncan, Sir, what are the levels of the caste system pertaining to orders? Who does the ordering?
The information I have is:
~Royalty expresses their wishes. ~Admiralty issues instructions by requesting, addressing their subordinates as "Mr". ~Generals give orders. (Generals are on land)
Also, what does a Captain do? Does an Admiral give orders?
