Look at it again. What does MAN have to do with "suspect," "black male," "individual," "person of interest," "defendant" ? These are all LEGAL terms. They have nothing to do with "MAN". They are simply allowing you to MAKE THE PRESUMPTION that "suspect," "black male," "individual," "person of interest," "defendant" = MAN
