I was thinking wrong. I viewed it as, I have a contract resulting in �60,000 debt. By accepting joinder for that it will be written off... As I signed for it originally then no problem...

I viewed it as their own private debts would be cancelled... Not the public debt... I understand now...

It's a completed transaction. The VALUE is YOU acknowledging the debt, and accepting JOINDER. That WILL be used against you later. The way I always win is by asking "What evidence does this court have, that I have ANY surety in this matter"? If I accept "forgiveness" of a "debt", I accept the terms and conditions attached to it... ...IT'S A TENDER FOR LAW

So however they decide to use it against them later is where the balance/profit will occur... Understood...

That signature and thus joinder would only be for that JOHN SCOTT DUNCAN's debt forgiveness matter yes? If a separate matter arose a week later that would be a completely different PERSON and thus there would be no evidence or proof of surety?

But JOHN SCOTT DUNCAN is a TITLE, not a name, (Or Corporation as the free-dumbers say). TITLES ARE CAPITALIZED. Your ALL CAPS NAME is a TITLE where JOINDER IS ATTACHED. Since you are the ONLY MAN AUTHORIZED to use that title, it is REASONABLE to PRESUME you are SURETY for that title. The "new person" every time, refers to the ORGANIZATION, not the TITLE. YOU ARE SURETY BY DEFAULT.

My understanding was they gave me a person to use. They're surety until I agree to be. Any new contact with a corporation is a new person that corporation created an account for. I didn't have a differentiation between the all caps PERSON and the person on the speeding ticket... I know they're not the same person but thought they all referred back to the NAME... I'm confusing myself now...
