And if a CRIMINAL charge is brought against a PERSON, that's because there's an injured party, and the government doesn't want it's PERSONS to be injured, mostly not killed, because a PERSON is a guarantee that a debt they create will be repaid to them, by the PERSON as a TAXPAYER, and if you prevent a PERSON from working, you injure the GOVERNMENT's INTEGRITY ?
And if the crime is financial or theft related, the reason would be you can't do something with GOVERNMENT ISSUED MONEY or GOVERNMENT PROPERTY (anything registered to a PERSON) against their LAWS that regulate whatever is violated...
