Isn't it still the ATTORNEY GENERAL's job to ATTORN the INDIVIDUAL to the governments jurisdiction? I thought it was the LAW SOCIETY that claims authority over all INDIVIDUALS..private and natural persons..
I would think the JOINDER created by driver's license would simply be extra ammo to use against the MAN, but ultimately gets accomplished by the ATTORNEY GENERAL.
