One of your tax collector has been remitted to my person, a debt for some offence.
I have this debt in my hands as we speak, and I was wondering if I can use the SURETY/SECURITY of the person to discharge that debt.
If you say yes: please show me how to proceed.
If you say NO: I will pay :D
