Sorry Chris, but I have to agree with David on this one as well. There are far bigger battles ahead, stop wasting your time and money on these small potatoes and stop picking fights; i.e: collecting and ignoring minor traffic infractions. You applied for, possess and have renewed yearly a Drivers License. That is all the proof of AGENCY that they need. Read Scott's last two articles again. The fact that you have a license makes trying to claim that you're NOT an AGENT a "Swedish massage pumps aren't my bag, baby"-situation.
