lets go back to the beginning. if you had listened to me you wouldn't be in this predicament. not what you wanted to do/hear, but it would have prevented these issues you are dealing with now...
the easiest way out is to beg them forgiveness, comply, and get it all straightened out. THEN cancel everything.
or continue trying to fight them ill prepared...
