Pete....refer to previous comment. There must be a way....
I am thinking that I need to discharge this myself via the Security of the Person. Perhaps I should get a CERTIFIED COPY of the CHARGING INSTRUMENT and authorize the discharge myself. Then send it to the IRS with VALUABLE CONSIDERATION for discharge.
