Also, it seems to me that I am the Beneficiary. In my corporation, I tell the employees (trustees) what my expectations are and all are judged (compensated and continued employment) by how well the reach MY expectations. I basically tell them what my "wishes" are. Why would I not contact Vital Statistics (ie, the guy who signed this Certificate of Live Birth) and tell them what my wishes are and judge them based on how well they perform?
