chris, the license (suspended) you have is evidence you once accepted surety. it also says under MGL the MV registrar has power of attorney. i hate to say it but this is ofcourse one steep conundrum you could have avoided. a double license suspension operating charge can result in loosing it for 10 years. you better go make it good, then withdraw it BEFORE they suspend it and you CANT withdraw it as easy. then this winter we can work on the notice to the state of the mistake made. the use of the wrong birth certificate date on all the contracts and have them ALL recinded/cancelled...
