the judge insisted I was a "person" I asked "I have the right to be recognized as a person, correct?" I asked this several times, his only answer "you are a person, appeal denied" the promptly got up and walked out...we are clearly right...if we weren't they could easily answer these simple questions...as Scott says, don't appeal to your rapist.
