I could very well be wrong here, but the judge that ultimately denied my appeal for the fail to identify, that occurred this summer said it was "nonsensical" (which is funny, because I know nothing of that legal bullshit and I could make sense of it without melting my brain) but it was not attached as an exhibit to an affidavit, though I did send it registered mail, they tried to deny it, till I produced the receipt
