Chris EvanJan 01, 2014 9:14 AMI was thinking about this word " Noble"....I got this AWESOME shirt that says "Post NO BILLS". And It seems that "NO BILLS" and "NOBLES" sound the same. Scott, are NOBLEs outside of posting bills?
