so, local cops just keep the peace till the bondsmen/henchmen with the warrant get the word, and the locals just let it happen keeping well out of the way.
ok, new question. did dean do this on / with / for a purpose besides going through with the seminar? did he intend to prove a point or poke at an issue? (couldnt he just held the seminar in the province he could be at?)
