I also learned How can I be YOU if I am me? You = SURETY... I've used the Notice of Mistake Letter and received a letter back saying they received answers to their questions through other departments/CORPS and no longer needed my assistance. I learned not to leave it at that...to send a "Thank YOU" letter. You never want to be left being YOU!!
