Is there a Canadian equivalent to the 1099a - Acquisition or Abandonment of Secured Property reporting form? I'm looking into re-claiming my interest in bank transactions.

I watched the "Money as debt" series again and have been doing some deep research. I think I might have stumbled onto the bank scam (one of them anyways). I'm going to sit down with a fiduciary from RC (Revenue Canada) in the near future and try to get some answers. Too many questions/too much manure to sift through.

I'm suspecting RC is actually a subsidiary of the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) who is pulling the strings at some level. Not sure, I could be off on some of this. I plan on asking many questions.

Me, I have learned a lot.....it's crazy, and the main reasons why I have learned so much is:

1). I stopped listening everybody else, even Dean Clifford....

2). I FOCUSED in TTFL

3). I made the decision to ASSUME that Scott Duncan is always right :-)

4). I have made a deal with myself.....which I will revealed later ;-)

5). I am pretty sure that none ONE post has been missed by me in this group.

BC is not a corporation, it's a NEGOTIABLE SECURITY INTEREST, I came in here a free-man type so this was news to me. Every time the state creates a document with the name on it, it is a new creation and it also has surety attached to it. They will try and get you to claim this surety mostly by presumption. Shit, I know there is a lot more but I can't think right now. I know most important thing I've learned is Scott is always right, you just have to figure out why he is. Asking questions deflects surety. Never answer their questions. Know what the questions are, know to recall those question without paper to back you up (they are now using video apperance for people like us as they do not want us in court speaking aloud) Speak only to the record, have all questions answered on the record. If you need to sign any paperwork to be freed from jail sign as Ceit Butler directed and never delay your Notice of Mistake, Notice of Questions to the Court and affidavit. Send everything via registered mail and fax to the court registrar/clerk and the Crown. Never ever go to court, only by force should you ever be in court, if it comes to forced appearance claim your status and hold your ground/contract. None of this matters as they will not honour nor follow the rule of law. Some will have to die, others to be marked for life (hand cut off), its coming down, hard and for those who don't understand the answer to everything, so long and thanks for the fish.

I learned about acting as surety and 'You' was curious as to why some of their paper curses had a name and some had 'V's You' I did write to Chief State Solicitor saying the best place to find 'You' would be in a mirror and then they held a kangaroo court bless them :D

Since I have been here I have learned so much that my list would be extremely long. It has reinforced some things and created "new" things. The thing that stands out the most for me is when I was in grade school and discussing government and how it is "majority rules", we were told how it was based on your consent to be governed. I asked what if you didn't consent and didn't want to be governed by these rules and was met with the question " how can you live here and not be under the governments rules? The answer I led myself to was you can't. It is this group that has taught me where I was wrong and HOW I was wrong in my thought process. It was the THINK WRONG AND VALUE THE WRONG THINGS that led me to WHAT IS MONEY. You see, in grade school I had come back to the fact that if you used "legal tender" you would be under their laws and since "legal tender" was on all money that I knew of, and BELIEVED it was the only kind accepted by the masses. Maybe this teacher was trying to tell me something. Maybe he knew about other methods and was not able to tell because it was not allowed. I may never know that answer but I have learned that not all money comes with this offer. Thanks to all of man in here who has shown me or led me to this knowledge, especially Scott Duncan.

I heard the recording but missed the point. I also was under the assumption someone was looking into it and did not want to muddy the waters. At the date of the post I honestly could be of no help. Pete, if someone were to lien the court file it becomes a private matter between the lienor and the lienee which would be the court file. It would become a matter of equity. Also properly noticed and accompanied by a notice of mistake and identity waiver for the recipient of the phone call from the constable. And then administrate it. Thinking out loud as well.

So far, asking for full disclosure of all the information I don't understand or know, ESPECIALLY from a person trying to make me sign as SURETY for whatever he/she/they claim the PERSON in my pocket may have done or not done, is one way to get confirmation that the state employs quite a few either incompetent or fraudulent persons...

Side note : There obviously are passionate individuals here, and I've always believed you can have a pretty good idea of what anyone's worth by how passionate he/she is� We all have time, what we decide to do and achieve with that time determines our true value, and passion is the fuel for that.

I have learned that it's best not to leave shit stains about the administrative process one may 'believe' they understand after a few weeks of interaction here, that'll get you banned. Cops are futile, powerless, corporate henchmen who work in service of their puppet masters, not the public they swore to protect. Lawyers, judges...the same. Notary's have more legal standing than either one of the aforementioned. The post office registered mail has everything to do with conducting business and accepting surety in the US.

The best advice I can offer is to keep moving forward. Try to avoid the programmed endorphine responses - when one word of encouragement or something learned gives you that satisfied feeling that you can permanently stop and bask in the glory of accomplishment.

I have learned being banned is a very easy thing to accomplish . I have learned NOT to show up in court , although truthfully I had stopped doing that before I became a member of this group . THANKYOU TO EVERYONE HERE......The knowledge I have gained here has enabled me to STAND up against the Judge in Court and deny his power or jurisdiction over me and also got him to acknowledge that I am a human being NOT one of the systems SLAVES that he can control...since then have tested what I have done by being arrested twice .... once when told police to fuck off they had no power over me, upon that they proceeded to grab me, ended up in a fight with four cops ... forced me into habdcuffs, said they were charging me with resisting arrest and assault of police officer...held me for @7hrs then let me go after obviously checking my police file which has proof they have no jurisdiction over me on it...they let me go with no charges, three days later arrested again after refusing their bullshit power to detain me .. this time the same thing ... kept me locked up for three hrs after threatening me with assault charges...then let me go ....Notice of Mistake should be used at all times we have to deal with any fucktard who thinks they have power over human beings. Also, You need to study how to code because knowing you daily tool where you get your information can be a good tool or a back stabbing one.

You need to study the cryptographic currencies, so you can make your own money, or use one that is already available. This way you won�t be accountable to anyone/corporation (government) but yourself for the currency you are using.

You need to read everything Scott writes. And having Pierre as my mentor means the world to me and my family.
