:/ ? CELEBRATION, contracts. This word is usually applied, in law, to the celebration of marriage, which is the solemn act by which a man and woman take each other for husband and wife, conformably to the rules prescribed by law. Diet. de Juris. h.t.

I HATE the stupid shoppers all running around, etc but I like the holidays because we actually stop everything to just be with our family and friends and visit. I use these holidays to remember to turn everything off (EVEN LEARNING) and be with the people I care about. That way I can extend what I have learned to them with our time together as well.

When "Christmas Tradition" is generally thought of as "A HOLY TIME FOR WEED AND HOOKERS", then you might find me "Fakin' it for Jesus". :D

I look at Christmas as an exercise in Trust Law now. The shit people are gonna get tomorrow morning were acquired 'By Operation of Law' - it will be GIVEN to them, a GIFT...meaning whatever they get means they didnt have to ENGAGE IN COMMERCE to get it. The stuff they will be buying for themselves for half-off on Boxing Day though, will be acquired by means of CONTRACTING with 'the LAW MERCHANT' ;)

None of your business, Pierr- errr, i mean - thanks for the compliment buddy! And GOOD TIDINGS to you my friend-in-Quebec! "Good Tidings" includes an obscure reference in Admiralty-Maritime Law which actually means to go fuck-yourself on Christmas Eve ;) ;)

I'll admit I did go shopping, at the LCBO and smuggled Cuban booze and Cigars past declarations. Is that bad?
