The recorder is a thing, owned by another thing called a PERSON, and that person is owned by its creator, so therefor that recorder is sitting in a huge warehouse, owned by the Government :P
Same with the shoes.
Unless you have established a TRUST somehow, and swong that fucking recorder in it :D
