Is consideration one of these 4 points? They want me to pay them tax but what do they give me in return? Nothing. Does this make the contact invalid? Sorry I'm learning :) haha, thanks for your help man, will watch the video and do some reading
who do they want to pay it? YOU? who is the YOU? maybe you should ask his administrator or talk to a great administrator named Pierre Eleveneightfivetwo.
Well to my knowledge they are trying to attach a debt to the legal PERSON (who I may happen to have in my pocket?), I am also aware that tax is statutory which is only a corporate regulation, not law, and as the administrator of the ''person in my pocket'' I do not wish to, nor do I have to enter into any form of contract with HMRC. I have the right and the power to decline any contract I am confronted with, and to be coerced into signing said contracts would make it an unlawful contract. I hope that I am on the right path haha
They are not trying, they are sending a debt to the person you happen to have in your pocket........so ask them to disclose to you, all methods available for you to administrate that debt, and tell them that you are the SOLE AUTHORIZED ADMINISTRATOR for the person you happen to have in your pocket.....
You have 2 choices,
1). BUY this debt and pay for it
2). Find where is the surety of that person, and discharge that debt via that surety.
Damon, I read your initial post carefully, thoroughly, repeatedly and quite literally. You have failed in communicating what the contents of the 2 letters from them contains. There is a rather large assumption being made between you "received 2 letters" and "have to pay." Perhaps sharing the wording would help.
If i'm honest, I haven't even opened the letters, I am aware that I am very close to paying tax, as I have earned near enough the minimum amount required in my place of work before having to pay tax. I didn't open the letters as I thought it may be a good idea to just return them to sender without even bothering to read it, as the name on the letter is for the person in my pocket and as the sole authorized administrator I do not wish to contract with the corporation in any way, which includes reading their junk mail. But you're right, I am just jumping to conclusions, I suppose it's just a good time to get some information on the worst case scenario of me having to pay any forms of tax :) sorry if it was misleading in any way
