why notices and claims of rights are as effective as they are and the rules/mechanics governing their use. I have no idea what you're talking about ? :/

Ok...WE know they took "real" money out of circulation around the same time they started created PERSONs. I figure these 2 things are probably related. ;-P

Hmm.. I guess my phrasing is terrible. The only thing I can think of doing for factual research is going through the grueling process of deconstructing a statute. Maybe I will take Chris' advice and find the one that initiated the creation of the legal person

What I was wondering on serving and crafting notices is the time frame for responses. My guess is that it's just a courtesy period that allows the recipient to receive, respond and send back a reply. Or is there some kind of unwritten rule about how long you must wait? Which raises another question for me just thinking about it: is the silent response being an acceptance related to how consent works in a similar (if not same) way? I have too many questions haha

Three attempts with no/improper response should be sufficient. A decent notary should be able to help.

RE: "nobody gives a hint to where you can search for credible sources" No matter what the 'subject' of your 'research' is, you ALWAYS go to the authorities on said subjects. So... a library is probably a good 'source' of authorities that will likely aid you in your research. "Google is your friend." http://bit.ly/1jnqE22
