Didnt Scott say Bitcoin was just the "PROOF-OF-CONCEPT," or something like that...meaning its not even 'The Real Thing' that they have intended for permanence, in the end?

I personally have no faith in currency; including bitcoin. My faith will forever remain in MONEY; which from my understanding is a PHYSICAL store of value. Gold, Silver, precious and semi-precious stones, commodities, etc. Why you ask? Simple: Be a dear and go and print me an ounce of pure silver bullion... Oh you can't you say? Silver is PHYSICALLY LIMITED you say? Well then; sounds like MONEY to me... ;)

Lol, that is pretty funny Kent; but I have to point out you are referring to silver's value PRE fiat currency collapse. THe truth is one will be buying houses for 40-50 ounces of silver when the fiat illusion crumbles. Think about it. The buying power of currency is so low because the markets are flooded with it. You cannot flood the market with something that is physically limited. The price of things relative to limited available money adjusts itself accordingly. just look to history for the proof ;)

Yes Wit Ness; just around the proverbial corner if you will. Every honest economist in publication today is saying QE unlimited will not float the system for another year... some are even saying another 3 months is "unlikely". As I am only 38; it is well in my lifespan range; as well as both my parents in fact :D

This is the same corner I've been hearing about since January 2011 (and much longer by others awake a lot longer than I). Let's hope it's a just wide corner and not a traffic circle being navigated.

Don't "hope" one way or the other; instead get prepared for self sustained survival and evac from the metro areas if you live in a city or town. One's only hope of surviving a collapse that will cover the globe is to be able to DC from the matrix on a physical level. Think about it; If you are prepped and nothing happens; no loss. If you are not and reality kicks in all around you; well I think anyone here is wise enough to understand what comes with that...

Sorry. That's fear porn. My thinking reveals to me that living in the hypothetical world and one feeds the fear. there is only now. Otherwise it's like buying/investing in insurance, LOL! And we all know how fraudulent that is.

Watch some "Black Friday" videos from the USA this year and think in the context of financial collapse food shortage... If you think it is crazy how people were treating each other for cheaper chinese slave goods; you should be able to imagine how they will be when it is the life or death issue of food and water... just sayin
