No signature, and/or name of the Justice. There was some signature, but not from a Justice. They kept recording, because their actions were evidence, and proof of crimes. And they were ALL given NOTICE.

And the police are held personally liable because they were acting out of office... Also the info that Andrew was writing down next to the officers badge, that was the warrant card?

I have been calling around the courts today and no one has ever heard of a Judges Oath, nor where they are on file. Probate know right away, but there doesn't seem to be anyone at the District Level who knows about this.....any thoughts?

We can speculate, or ask Andrew. He was acting as a Peace Officer in that video. I can only speculate that it's an accounting thing. If you know how to do it, you can hit those bonds, and still later change the locks again, because it was an illegal and unlawful action, without a valid court order. But, that is just speculation.

They were on notice they would be committing a felony should they choose to continue, therefore it was important we let them follow through or no crime would have been committed. The locks were promptly returned to their original state after they left.

I actually didn't ask for the judges oaths, my bad....I asked for the oaths of the Justices. Maybe thats why.
