Holy fuck- get this, it also says "ISSUED AT..." on the BC i have, right?

ISSUED: describes an originating process which a REGISTRAR dates, SIGNS, SEALS with the SEAL OF THE COURT, and to which a COURT FILE NUMBER is assigned.
