OH, okay- get this.....the CARRIER, before he backed-up to our loading-dock, always needed our warehouse-manager, to INSPECT the SEAL that was placed on the back-door of the truck, to verify that no one had tampered with the SEAL.....the purpose of having the untampered-SEAL witnessed, was what stopped any driver from potentially stopping-off at their buddies house on the way and dropping-off a few tires to him, before he ever got to us...it was like a ZIP-TIE, only made of thin-metal
