If you BILL them you can charge whatever that fee is if they continue to use it. I think I would give a courtesy notice to remind them(using the name DBA NAME) and if it is not withdrawn by 3 days you may be obliged to hold them personally and publicly responsible. This way you open it up kill their person as well. I may be wrong but this is what comes to my mind.
