BILL them? I see it as someone opened an account using the NAME that a CORPORATION (now) is the Sole Authorized Administrator of....at the time that the account was opened, the CORP was not. Since no one will tell me HOW they got the authority to open it, this CORP wants to lien "all proceeds that come from that account", I haven't filed this yet
