What is your opinion on this.....I am sending a "Notice of Default and Notice of Lien". I asked "by what authority do you have a POA to use the NAME that I am the Sole Authorized Administrator of", of course, to no response. So, I am filing a UCC-1 from the corp that lawfully claimed rights to the NAME.
