I have come to the conclusion that THE NAME/PERSON, and ANYTHING bearing that name, once we LIEN the NAME, it's IN FACT TRUST PROPERTY, and needs to be claimed as such.
So ANYTHING baring the NAME, it's considered PRIVATE TRUST PROPERTY once properly CLAIMED.
So, let's identify ALL PROPERTY that would fit the description.
