I would say that this is what needs to be kept in mind FIRST:
The Registrar General has done his part. He gave the Birth Certificate to our mommy and daddy soon after we were born to INDEMNIFY us, in exchange for the SOLBR. Now he is just sitting around with nothing to do now that he has done HIS OBLIGATION. As of now, he is just a BARE/NAKED/SIMPLE TRUSTEE.
