Another classification of matters which will discharge a surety is as follows:** (1)Misrepresentation or concealment to induce his becoming surety.The contract is voidable from the beginning as between the surety and all parties privy to such misrepresentation or concealment; if a principal signed under duress, the holder guilty of the duress could not enforce the obligation against a surety.*
