Yes the title ( registration, bill of sale and the birth certificate, the bond, I equate it with owning a vehicle, that is what a vessel is, vessels need to be insured, that is the birth certificate ,for the vessel we walk around in. I have a hunch if I take both to the bank of canada with a copy of the lien, interesting thing will happen. Or this could be straight ass language...
