OK. So a call to Vital Stats and am informed that no one is allowed in the building nor can they see their original document, for our protection of course. "How is it you are protecting me from my documents?" I ask. "Hmmmm. You could write a letter to the CEO and ask," she says. Sounds similar to trying to get a hold of the original credit transaction of a bank to see who is the grantor/creditor of the a loan you happen to be a party of. MY protection you say.
I have a theory for this....back then (before 1868 in the States), all family business was handled through a Private Trust (Nation) in which the Husband would hold. Therefore, a woman had no standing (as she couldn't...she wasn't a person) and should go through the husband/trust. If you think about it, it makes sense.....every family would be their own sovereign nation and the public trustees would have one point of contact per nation.
I think when they issued Persons and gave women "personhood", everything got screwed up.
That being said, I have no problem with a man or a woman holding a trust...I just think it was how they did it back then. I also think this is part of the solution going forward. This is pretty much what Scott did and taught us how to do.
Also too...remember, in law, the masculine means the feminine as well.
"As lunatics" could perhaps mean that they were speaking when they had a superior claim and "sold out" to have their voice heard. Like Dean Clifford says "You get the government you deserve"...in my opinion in this case, personhood.
not long ago an article was posted ...the anniversary of women becoming persons....the guy was incensed that I would suggest that it was not to the benefit of women lol ..of course the programming suggests differently
Ya, Chris Evan. Sometimes being a lunatic has its "benefits". I am aware of all the games they have played with "giving" status to those who never required it in the first place.
