60. Form of register

(2) The register maintained pursuant to subsection (1) may be in a bound or loose-leaf form or in a photographic film form or may be maintained by any system of mechanical or electronic data processing or any other information storage device that is capable of reproducing any required information in intelligible written form within a reasonable time. Marginal note:Canada Evidence Act

(3) The register maintained pursuant to subsection (1) is deemed to be a record for the purposes of the Canada Evidence Act and every employee of the Bank of Canada who supervises the inscription or registration of securities in the register is deemed to be a manager of the Bank of Canada for the purposes of that Act.

CHAPTER II THE QU�BEC NATIONAL STATE

5. The Qu�bec State derives its legitimacy from the will of the people inhabiting its territory.

The will of the people is expressed through the election of Members to the National Assembly by universal suffrage, by secret ballot under the one person, one vote system pursuant to the Election Act (chapter E-3.3), and through referendums held pursuant to the Referendum Act (chapter C-64.1).

Qualification as an elector is governed by the provisions of the Election Act.

6. The Qu�bec State is sovereign in the areas assigned to its jurisdiction within the scope of constitutional laws and conventions.

The Qu�bec State also holds, on behalf of the Qu�bec people, any right established to its advantage pursuant to a constitutional convention or obligation.

It is the duty of the Government to uphold the exercise and defend the integrity of those prerogatives, at all times and in all places, including on the international scene.

No I don't think that. I do think that "they" won't stop imposing "their" will until all is "theirs". You will die and unless there are LOTS of YOUS ready to fight, and win, your precious little Quebec will eventually be raped of everything useful.
