Have you read the letter Derek Moran posted in TT4L? "The certificate certifies the registration of the birth, and nothing more. It is not a commercial instrument, a bill or a bill of exchange. It is of no legal force and effect other than providing evidence of the facts therein recorded." NO LEGAL FORCE? How is it then, that it is used in ALL legal transactions between man and the government? It is how children are "legally" registered for school. It is how every one applies for a driver's license. Are they saying none of these actions are "legal"? If they are so legally useless, why even have one?

That can't be right. The Person is a legal fiction. NO legal force OR effect.

Seems a little contradictory. Maybe they are having trouble understanding what legal means. How can you have a legal entity that has no legal force or effect? It would then only be a story, or a token, or a game piece, but how can it be a legal document if it has no legal force or effect?

There is a clubhouse ruling in the states that says something like a government employee can lie to you to get you to do what they want. I read that a while back.....

Sigh. The wonderful world of commerce. Form a corporation and make your own rules. Lying can be one of them if you want to work for Canada.

the birth certificate is a bill of sale receipt for the goods transferred. no it is a check valued at the listed account to the parents as payment for the goods signed over, and your parents never cashed it because it isnt their's to cash?

The BC is evidence of a TRUST which is a TRANSFER OF TITLE, your parents granted to become PROPERTY of the state/province wherein you were born. Is a BOL (bill of lading) ATTOURNED into Admirality/Maritime Juristiction which IDENTIFIES the vessel and allows this entity to operate in commerce/bankruptcy/admirality. From that it is PRESUMED you have signed up and/or are an infant and need taking care of by the TRUSTEE (govt/state/province) wherein they will GOVERN your ESTATE. But this BC also is sold as a SECURITY for the debt more PROPERTY of CANADA to borrow from as an asset.
