What do maxims of law have to do with a private agreement? Where as, an affidavit is the document, instrument that creates the validity of the law set out in the exhibits; that only can be recognized under an affidavit. It is what creates understanding. It is the the Truth - Law of that particular ACT, of truth telling - law making.
