You send it to the CLERK...the person in charge of the court file and the PUBLIC RECORD. Send a copy to the CROWN ATTORNEY as well, if you like. I had additional copies with me when I went to court. That way, if they tried to claim they had not received them, I could KINDLY provide them with one. (Aren't I nice? :D )
