If he just lied about being on Bail, the cop probably warned him and negotiated the "peaceful extraction". They waited until The Fender (My Agent) was FAR ENOUGH AWAY FROM DEAN before they grabbed him.

The Fender provided TOP NOTCH SECURITY the WHOLE CONFERENCE and DIDN'T LEAVE DEAN'S SIDE!

The other two agents I had there remained invisible. All did their job perfectly... except Dean Clifford.

He said NOTHING. There was no "Are you Dean Clifford"? Just "Come with us".

No search, pat-down, or frisking. Nothing. This is confirmed by ALL trusted sources, and I dare say ALL sources that saw it.

Mo Chara Do Chara. Charles Allen owner of Rodolphus private family trust fund. Himself and Ben Gilroy(DDI) had bench warrents issued against them for contempt. They have been a holding company for people in arrers on their mortgauge. They have been telling the sheriff that he comes from old english time but since 1922 Eire has its own constatution and their is no mention of a sheriff in it. The cases are proceeding in court weather the summoned party are present or not.....

Irish law is fucked up...I went to court and told a judge I was the person who might have broken the law and the name on the summons was an innocent party. I was then told it didnt concern me and that I could observe but stay quite... I was almost done for contempt when I continued to question the judge on the evidence that was in front of him. I am not a freeman or any of that but a judge should judge facts and not just carry on by inforcing deffered payment while acting with undue influance for a non-government, privately owned company..

Yes Viviane. They are a bit out there being freemen but also being leaders of a political party(DDI). Like I said im not a freeman I dont like or listen to the Gilroy beliefs but it makes for funny reading over breakfast. Scott and Dean on the other hand seem to now what they are at but still not above the law....yet ha.

yes he is but he has a lot of people behind him who think he is right they are in for a hard fall. contempt of court is a judge trying to keep the peace in his court. But if he fails to listen to the evidence that has been put infront of him is he not acting illegally? It seems not. so an appeal has been lodged and we will c what happens. Check out Tom Darcy a taximan turned legal hero. And being kept quite by all but one newspaper who printed half of his story.

like i said the paper covered half the story. he still got his house back and of course still owes the money he agreed to pay before the bank waded in and thru there weight around.

Scott Duncan I am a consumer I was offered a service from a company. They failed to provide a decent service and then billed me with out ever reaching an agreement. I ask to speak to the customer complaints dept. and was told id have to see a judge. Can a judge work as customer care for a pritave company?

I wont tell you the name...i travelled over the m50 a few times. i missed a few notices. i rang to ask why a motorway has a dual carrageway speed limit. and where were the non government signs that non government companys must use. i was told to speak to a judge.

the company NTR will take payment from me as the user of a car but they wont listen to a problem from anyone but the reg. owner.

So if the car happens to be crashed into the power supply/meter on the m50. is that the reg. owners fault?

if a car is driven over a child is that the reg. owners fault?

They called j.k. i stood up and said i drove the car. and i have filed in the im goin to defend myself part of the summons telling them im not j.k. im ray mcg. they took that. and contiuned in j.k's absence. I stood up a few times tryed to say what i had to say and the judge got v. angry and asked if i was inturupting his court. i said 'i suppose i am' and an order was made for j.k to pay �700 + costs.

the same car is now in my name and ill be back in court in a month r 2. then i will ask the judge why he is a cashier for eFlow. and i have some unanswerable questions for the bearded eFlow guy aswel.

Dean Clifford, the so-called guru of the Freemen-on-the-Land movement, was arrested Sunday night in Hamilton on a Canada-wide warrant.

Plainclothes officers from the OPP�s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad (ROPE) nabbed Clifford after he hosted a two-day �Divestment from Corporations and Detaxation� seminar at the Hamilton Marriott.

The Canada-wide warrant was issued by Manitoba police, who allege Clifford assaulted police, resisted arrest and obstructed police in the province.

According to an Ontario Provincial Police news release, Clifford is "is currently in the process of being returned to Manitoba."

Oh...just remembered. In the seminar, Dean Clifford definitely went into detail about beating up a cop. He said he grabbed him, threw him off a couple cars, etc. Then he said he got off on the charges. I think he was talking about the Feb 2 incident. I wonder if admitting that publicly was part of this problem? Scott?
