The Sea steading have a project called blue seed that screens applicants- they do not accept bitcoin organizations because of political ramifications... So UCC would apply to this? Would it be considered a fleet perhaps if it had multiple sea steads under one umbrella? I like the exploring of the sea, aspect of this.
