If the guy had waited around... Would they ( the court and him) have gone 2 more rounds to satisfy all the roles(3) the Judge plays? or is this some kind of jurisprudence myth... I read somewhere that a actor on the bench, when they leave and come back they have assumed a different role presenting a new jurisdiction... Is this ass talk? Surety avoidance is the key... which he did. The judge consistently used the word "YOU" which he continued to answer to... in rebuttal... However surety was hanging out just waiting.. Not that I will ever go to court but am trying to comprehend what exactly happened by examining it.
