Scott Duncan, are you familiar with "mind maps"? I am trying to picture how the hierarchies would appear in relation to each other.

If redefined with today's players, obviously the slaves do the carrying and fighting at the top are the banksters vs the nobles, somewhere between are the monarchy, the clergy, gg/political/country... etc.
