There is a corp, in existence as we speak, and the person I happen to have in my pocket hold 20% of the shares of that specific corp, and the person I happen to have in my pocket is the Sole Administrator of that corp, the person I happen to have in my pocket is NOT the president of that corp, some one else is.....now WHO control that corp ?
