could be. Who am I to argue with what you believe? What I belive is based on first hand knowledge of facts. That's all. Someone says something, I'll bight. Doesn't mean I buy it. I'll test it. It's interesting to me to see that an attorney who was hired y a guy hired by a guy to sue me for a debt made a request for admission that reads like this:
"You received the security and failed to return it without protest."
I'm still going over that one in my little pea brain, as it was a direct response to "I'd be happy to give these back if you show me a contract that says they have value."
We're talking about invoices here.
